Netflix have just dropped the first trailer for teen drama Moxie.
Based on the novel by Jennifer Mathieu, the film tells the story of a 16-year old girl, fed up with the sexist and toxic status quo at her high school, who finds inspiration from her mother’s rebellious past and anonymously publishes a zine that sparks a school-wide, coming-of-rage revolution.
Directed by Amy Poehler, the film also stars Josie Totah, Marcia Gay Harden, Ike Barinholtz, Clark Gregg and Patrick Schwarzenegger.
Moxie lands on Netflix on March 3, 2021.
