Signature Entertainment have dropped a new trailer for 12 Hour Shift.
One night, do no harm… for one junkie nurse that’s not an oath she’s willing to keep.
Mandy finds herself beholden to a gang of organ-traffickers and, when a kidney goes missing, she’s willing to do whatever it takes to make sure these men get what they came for. Throw in to the mix a strung out cousin with bad judgement and the bodies soon begin to pile up.
